What about parking?
The house comes with one parking permit, which allows a car to park on Extension street. Additional cars can park on Spring Street, which is one street up. For guests who would prefer off-street parking, weekly parking is available on the harbor which is a close walk to the house. The cost is approximately $50.

What type of TV does the house have?
The house comes with a 46" HD flat screen TV with dish network and a blueray player. Movies are available for instant downloads via a Netflix account free of charge. Pandora radio is available to stream via the blueray, without the use of a smart phone.
What are my options for a security deposit?
You have two options for a security deposit. One is to pay a refundable $1000 deposit, which is returned within a week after check-out, assuming there is no damage. The second option is to pay a $59 non-refundable property damage protection insurance serviced through CSA.
What is required to reserve the house?
A holding deposit of 50% is required to reserve the property. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your stay.
I have an Iphone, is there a docking station to play my music?
Yes! There is a connection cables to play music through the TVŐs speaker systems for Ipods and Iphones. Guests can play their playlists or interent radio stations such as Pandora.
Does the house have wireless?
Of course! Wireless is free of charge
Are overnight guests allowed?
Any guests who stay overnight must be approved and their name/contact information must be provided.
